JADOCAM 2-Year Manufacturer Warranty
Every JADOCAM dash cam carries a 2-year manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship.
What's covered
- Manufacturing defects in the camera body, lens, screen, mount, and included cables
- Component failure during normal use — sensor, processor, GPS module, Wi-Fi/Bluetooth radio, supercapacitor
- Firmware-related defects
- Cosmetic defects present at delivery (must be reported within 14 days)
What's not covered
- Physical damage from accident, drop, or impact
- Water damage (dash cams are designed for car interiors, not outdoor use)
- Damage from incorrect voltage (using a non-JADOCAM power adapter)
- SD cards — covered under the SD card manufacturer's separate warranty
- Damage from unauthorized firmware modification
- Normal wear of adhesive mount pads and rubber straps
How to claim
- Email support@jadocam.com with:
- Your order number or proof of purchase
- A short description of the problem
- Photos or a short video showing the issue
- Your camera's firmware version (Settings → System Info)
- Our support team will reply within one business day with a diagnosis and instructions.
- If a replacement or repair is approved, we'll provide a prepaid return label.
- Replacements are shipped within 2 business days of receipt of the defective unit. Repairs typically complete within 7 business days.
Warranty period
The warranty period is 24 months from the date of delivery. Warranty coverage is non-transferable. Replacement units inherit the remaining warranty period of the original purchase (i.e., warranty doesn't reset when a unit is replaced).
Out-of-warranty service
If your camera is outside the 2-year window, we still offer paid repair service. Email us for a quote. Spare parts for current and previous-generation models are stocked at our factory for at least 5 years after product end-of-sale.
