Why we own the line
Most dash-cam brands are marketing companies. They contract a factory, choose a feature spec from a catalog, slap a logo on it, and ship. When something breaks, neither the brand nor the buyer has any real leverage.
JADOCAM operates its own dedicated manufacturing facility. We select every component, calibrate every camera module, and stress-test every unit before it leaves the line. When you contact our support team, you're talking to people who can actually fix the design — not a call center reading a script.
Components we don't compromise on
- Sony Starvis-class CMOS image sensors — automotive-grade, not consumer-grade. Better dynamic range in tunnels, better low-light noise floor at night.
- Industrial-temperature supercapacitors instead of lithium batteries. Lithium batteries swell and fail above 60°C; supercapacitors don't. Required for any camera that lives on a windshield.
- Industrial-grade ARM processors qualified at -20°C to +70°C operating range.
- Optical-grade lens stacks with multi-layer anti-reflective coating and IR-cut filters tuned to the sensor.
- Aerospace-grade adhesive mounts rated for years on a windshield without slipping.
Testing every camera goes through
- SMT-level assembly inspection (AOI)
- Calibration of lens focus, exposure, and white balance
- Functional burn-in at elevated temperature
- GPS lock verification
- Wi-Fi and Bluetooth pair test
- App connectivity test on iOS and Android
- Final QA — every unit, not a statistical sample
What this means for you
Every JADOCAM dash cam carries a 2-year manufacturer warranty — and because every camera was hand-tested before shipping, defect rates run a fraction of industry average. When something does go wrong, our support team has the firmware source, the schematic, and the spare parts in the same building.
