  • United States (lower 48) — free standard shipping, 5–8 business days
  • Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico — additional carrier surcharge applies
  • Canada — free standard shipping, 7–10 business days
  • United Kingdom — free standard shipping, 6–9 business days, duties prepaid
  • European Union — free standard shipping, 7–12 business days, duties prepaid
  • Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore — paid shipping at checkout, 7–14 business days

Processing time

Orders placed before 2 PM (UTC+8) on a business day usually ship the same day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day. You'll receive a tracking email as soon as a label is generated.

Expedited shipping

Expedited (2–3 business days for the US, 3–5 for international) is available at checkout for an additional fee. The fee is calculated by carrier based on weight and destination.

Duties & taxes

  • US, UK, EU customers: duties and import VAT are prepaid by JADOCAM. The price you pay at checkout is the price at your door.
  • Other regions: the customer is responsible for any duties or taxes assessed at delivery. Tracking will show "held for clearance" while customs processes your shipment.

Tracking your order

You'll receive a tracking email within 24 hours of your order shipping. Track via the carrier link in that email, or log into your JADOCAM account for live tracking.

Damaged or missing in transit

If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, email support@jadocam.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We file the carrier claim and send a replacement immediately — you don't wait for the carrier investigation to complete.

Address changes

If you need to change your shipping address, contact us within 4 hours of placing the order. After that the order is usually in carrier hands and we can't modify it.
