30-Day No-Questions Returns
Try your JADOCAM dash cam for 30 days. If it's not right for you, send it back for a full refund.
What you can return
- New and unopened: 30 days from delivery, full refund, no restocking fee
- Used but undamaged: 30 days from delivery, full refund less a 10% restocking fee to cover repackaging and re-testing
- Defective on arrival: 30 days from delivery, full refund or replacement (your choice), free return shipping
How to return
- Email support@jadocam.com with your order number and a short note ("not for me" is fine — no justification required)
- We email you a prepaid return label within 1 business day
- Pack the camera in its original box, attach the label, drop off at any carrier location
- Once we receive and inspect the unit (1–2 business days), we issue the refund to your original payment method
- Refunds typically appear within 5 business days depending on your card issuer
What can't be returned
- Cameras returned more than 30 days after delivery (covered by the 2-year warranty instead)
- Cameras with obvious physical damage caused by the customer (drop, water, voltage)
- Used SD cards (sealed cards are fine)
- Items not purchased from jadocam.com (please contact the original retailer)
Exchanges
We don't process exchanges directly. Place a new order for the model you want, return the original under this policy, and the refund is issued separately. This is faster than waiting for an exchange swap.
International returns
Same 30-day policy applies internationally. Return shipping is free for defective units (we send a prepaid label). For non-defective returns from outside the US/Canada/UK/EU, the customer covers return shipping; we recommend a tracked service.
